Actually we see them some times and not acknowledge them exactly what they are as they look alike other birds. It happens to me in many birds... Internet help me to study and finalize exact ID.

Yes this one is Juvenile... They identified with their parents as they stay close to adults. This is a nice shot of this bird in flight.
