Neoscona crucifera
Large orb weaver with red, white and black legs. Two white ovals on a black field on the underside of the abdomen.
Found on the edge of a mixed forest. The web was strung from my workshop to a tree.
Feeding on a beetle. They are nocturnal so normally the web would normally be rolled up at this time of day. I think this spider was just finishing it's meal as the web was gone a half an hour later.
