I'm in Roseville. Snowy owls are certainly being seen. There were four at the LaCrosse airport and another one reported at MSP, but I haven't any first hand knowledge on any of them. The harbor area in Duluth typically have them and this winter is no exception. See http://ebird.org/ebird/map/snoowl1?neg=t... and zoom in to find more specific locations and sightings info.

Gorden, where in the Twin Cities are you located?also im in search of a Snowy owl, have you heard of any sightings here?
You can add up to 6 photos per spotting. So, you might need more than one set of eagle photos either way.
You need to join a mission to add a spotting to the mission. The birds of the world mission can be found at: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/5033...
Dean, It's good to see another person on Project Noah from Minnesota and, in particular, from the Twin Cities area! Welcome to Project Noah.
Apple, since Dean's spottings were taken on two different days, I'd suggest that it would be best to keep them separate.
Thanks Apple, I have alot of Eagle pics but am new to this site so will do after I get more familiar with it
Lovely photo Dean!
Welcome to Project Noah!
Beautiful photo! You should consider adding your eagle photos together into one spotting. And, you can add them to the Birds of the World mission.
