simple, white, star shaped flowers possibly a species of Ixora?

Habitat:

tropical rainforest along small stream

Notes:

This was one of the few plants I saw flowering during a 4 day trek near the border with Myanmar.

Thanks Harsha but I don't think it was jasmine or chinese tea. I think the flowers are too small and it did not have any scent.
