Trachyderes (Trachyderes) cingulatus
Cerambycidae, Cerambycinae, Trachyderini, Trachyderes sp. Since we can't be sure about the additional creamy spots at the base of the elytrae, we should not call this one Trachyderes cingulatus.

I slightly would tend to Trachyderes succinctus, however, without additional pictures to show exactly this part, I cannot confirm succinctus:
