Hello. I appreciate your interest in the mission http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8176...... however this spotting does not depict any obvious parental care so it doesn't fit this mission.
This is a nymph of either the red-shouldered bug (Jadera haematoloma) or the eastern boxelder bug (Boisea trivittata). I'd need to see a closer view to narrow it down further.
