:) I am almost wishing I could find myself in the tropics about now to see these guys. Today is one of our rare(for this year) sunny summer days, but the mosquitoes are rabid(at least in the tropics I'd feel like it was part of the experience!)

When I was down there we had a guide who was a birder, and he and several other guides did call it tropical Flycatcher. As the Kingbird is a "tyrant flycatcher," and since I've seen the term used interchangeably for this same specie in several online and hardcopy sources, I would consider the term to be more or less interchangeable. Thank you for the ID and I do apologize for not updating for such a long time!

Just to be a little bit picky. We probably mean the same ones, but there are some misspellings and other common names. Please, check the previous bird pictures as well.
