Description:

A wild cheetah demonstating it's superb camouflage. The fastest land animal is sadly classified as vulnerable to extinction with habitat loss and disease threatening their remaining populations.

Habitat:

Grassland, savannah, dry bush, scrub and open forest.

Thanks Karen, we were actually attempting to track a lioness at the time but then this beautiful cheetah appeared in the grass. The first and only time I've seen one in the wild, not the best view in some ways but it was great to see it in its natural environment. :-)
