Ficus elastica
spotted in a local house.Very common in gardens,i think it grow's in to a tree i have a spotting that as the same kind of leaf and someone give a id that i dont agreed completly and would be nice to have a confirmation on this one so i can compare http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ficus_elast...

@Emma,not exactly:)mean's great friend(biggest old friend,blood brothers:)that was what my brother told me,but asergio can confirm if it's that what is the mean because sometimes there are variations in the precise sense of the words,it's a very nice complement he make me that i return to him and by the way,i call you to Xára Emma:)
@Emma it's lovely the way this people care about the outside houses,this leaves are beautiful,very strong structure and a deep green that take us to tropical feeling.
@asergio,tem bastantes jardins publicos eu tenho spots de pelo menos 2 ou 3 jardins, o da cordoaria,o da boavista e o mais espectacular o do centro de arte moderna de serralves e em ruas tb temos muitas árvores e ajardinamentos,tens que dar uma volta pelos meus spots e encontras bué de jardins privados e publicos :)
yes there are many public gardens and street gardens in porto it's not a "green" city but there a costume of every body having plants in there homes and in the public places they some times exagerate and the water to mantain the gardens in the summer is in the south a heavy problem
