Abrus precatorius
Mid size growing climber plant find across India. This one find in remote and less disturbed hill area. Leaves are used to dry and used as a ingredient in mouth freshener. Seeds seen here are toxic and used in many medicines. Stem is little bit woody and tough.
Common in tropical rain forests in Indian sub continent.

Alice they are not much fatal toxic. But their overdose can make you asleep forever.
This is interesting! We have it in Florida, but I have never known the name. I knew it was poisonous. Thanks for spotting it.
