Rothschildia erycina erycina
One of the largest and most beautiful butterflies in the world honored me with a visit. This one is sitting on a leaf in my garden, Kourou, French Guiana. (1990s).
There is no need to say sorry and I am not an expert, I have just seen some more moths as others...
I think it is Rothschildia erycina erycina due to the convex form of the forewing. Lebeau is in my eyes more concave.
