Description:

Woody shrub approx. 50cm tall, endemic to Victoria. Similar to P. forsythiana but with solitary flowers rather than clustered, also similar to P. juniperina but leaves not rigid.The flora of Melbourne suggests this species was recorded on Mt Dandenong in 1902 but may now be extinct in the greater Melbourne area.
