Common Slug-Eater

Duberria lutrix

Description:

One of the few ovo-viviparous snakes.

Notes:

The last picture... "it is simply a matter of small snakes being so light that the surface tension forces between moist skin and a moist surface are greater than the action of gravity on body mass. Astonishingly little moisture is needed, especially with very light snakes."
