Found this 'nest' on the back of a leaf on a hanging plant on my roof. Seems like the actual 'nest' part is adhered to the leaf, but there is also a long, intricately constructed part hanging down, that spins in the wind. Seems to have a twig or leaf stem inside it to give it weight so it can spin. Very interesting...

Hi Pam! I have moved this to Arthropods for you! We categorize cocoons, nests, webs etc but the organism that created them.
