What a great shot from below them! Wouldn't it be awful if fungus could really crawl? Sometimes it seems like they are crawling into everything.

Excellent photo Carol. I have a similar photo and was wondering about the id. I believe it is the same. Also was the tree dead? I assume that at this point of mycelium growth it would be. It is a wonderful spotting!
