Bracket Fungi

Hi kirkybit, I'm sure you already know that the Fungi in your photo are Bracket Fungi and I think they might be Ganoderma sp. If you look in http://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/48475-Ga....... you will get a pretty good idea of how difficult it might be to ID these to species level. In my Species ID Suggestion, I have referenced Wikipedia because their photo of Ganoderma sp. from Borneo is really quite similar. There are some Project Noah members who are experts in Fungi and if your spotting catches their attention, you might be lucky and get an unequivocal ID.
