Mediterranean House Gecko

Hemidactylus turcicus

translucent; pale yellowish-sandy-brown skin/scales with a leopard pattern; appear smooth but I could be wrong; size ranges from smaller than your finger to about hand-sized (including tail)

nocturnal; live in the space between the bricks and the wood on my porch; one of them finds its way into my house at least twice a year; seem to live in groups
