Eurybranchid leaf-hopper nymph

Description:

Tiny hopper (5mm) with two upright spikes and a bunch of lichen-like folds at its tail.

Habitat:

Notes:

This one seems to have a pale green rear - lichen mimicry? Sorry for the poor quality of the photos. (ID credited to Kellie Harris. Interpretive Officer, Australian Museum)

Good link Ashish thank you. I'll get around to research this one soon. My fault for leaving so many older ones to research and repair :)

Thanks bayucca. I was being a bit lazy with this one. I hadn't got back to it. Your conversation with ShannaB seems a good lead.

Fulgoroidea, might be Eurybrachyidae (this time)?. Look at this one, we had a very nice and interesting discussion ;-)...
