The first time I saw and photographed one of those birds it was much lighter, not so black, so I didn't connect the two spottings. Today I saw another one and I finally realized why the "white rumped" is part of the name: when they fly you can see a white strip on their tail! It is very noticeable in flight and not when they perch.
