Black Vultures eating Armadillo

Description:

Vultures were trying to eat a Amadillo hit on the road. I carried it to the Median strip where they could eat more safely. Large Black bird, kind of a triangular head which is gray. Very important in cleaning up dead animals.

Habitat:

Usually roost in trees at night not too far from water. Travel in groups and have greater or lesser dominace in the group.
