I spotted this eagle at the side of the road and managed to get a few pics before he flew up in a tree.
Spotted in a field of prairie grass in southeast Kansas.

Thank you AshleyT for helping me ID this eagle.
I would call it either a juvenile or 2nd year Bald Eagle. Looks too have too much white overall to be a Golden Eagle
