Well I've never heard of one before, however I'm pretty sure this is an Eastern King Bird (Tyrannus tyrannus)...! Which is a type of Flycatcher...!

I'm still researching it and I've found that Lime Hawk Moths come in different shades, but it's the only moth I can find with the lime green colour that matches the one in your photo so far...!

Your welcome, I've found a couple more photos of the same Cicada on the internet but sadly I still can't find out it's name...! I won't give up trying but it might take a long time but I'll get there...!

From It's shape I would say it's a type of Cicada insect in the order Hemiptera...!

Of the two suggestions I've given I'm going with Lime Hawk Moth (Mimas tiliae) I've never seen or heard of one before, but after a little searching I think this might be your moth...!

There are 16 different species of hoverfly, not sure which one this is but they are of the insect family: Syrphidae...!
