Hema, I nearly stepped on this little one at Santa Clara University tonight. Moved it out of the pathway with a stick (gently!) by Mission Church.

I found this in my backyard. One of many specimens! It's a macro shot, but it basically looks like that fluffy green moss one might see on large rocks (this was on a huge granite boulder).
Unfortunately I don't! It flew away before I could :(
