Looks like it may be a male because its missing the ovipositor.. its definitely in the parasitic wasp family. The suggested ID above was as close as I could find to an ID.

SukanyaDatta thanks for the information. Google is where I found the answer and where I find most. I won't suggest something unless I'm certain thats what it is. Not sure where else I should be looking. Maybe inaturaalist like the suggestion below mine? Its just that Wikipedia is a horrible resource, and Google allows me to type in a basic description. Or do you mean to share the source(website) that I found through Google? I'm sorry I'm just a bit confused as I just started using project Noah 2 days ago. 🙂
