Small ichneumon wasp

Description:

Small ~1cm wasp in elegant black&red dress, with white dot on thorax and antennae. It was dazzling around a bunch of newborn garden spiderlings* today morning, on the porch.

By now still I think this is an Ichneumon. ~ primatorius? ~ grossorius?, maybe yet another...?

Looks like it may be a male because its missing the ovipositor.. its definitely in the parasitic wasp family. The suggested ID above was as close as I could find to an ID.
