I saw on of these butterflies in Honduras and was told it was a helicopter butterfly.

Thanks for the help with an ID. The grape leaf makes sense because I have a lot of the caterpillar host plants in my yard.

That does look like the grape leaf. It may have just hatched thus giving it a more brilliant blue sheen.
