I learned as I walked along that street that someone had caught that young pig in the forest and had tied it outside someone's property

Thanks S Frazier for the ID -- it would've been AWESOME & at the same time freaky to see it dropping/flying down from the trees! Maybe it did overshoot & landed in the water -- the winds were pretty strong that afternoon (with the incoming storm).
