One of the tyrant flycatchers, but considering the number of species in Brazil is so incredibly diverse, I wouldn't be able to say which.

This one looks more like a Parasitic Jaeger with the extensive pale on the belly and the grayish vent.
However, differentiating Jaegers is not easy without clear photos and I have no experience with them in the field myself.

It is a molting Jaeger sp., likely Pomeraine, but very difficult to say from these pictures.
