You should put this as "unidentified" rather than "identified", it will be easier for people to help you. i.e. rather than having "?" in the name, click the box under the name so people are easier to find the picture and help.
As I am not an expert on birds, I could not find the proper name for this species.
There are about 25 species of chipmunk, but due to this chipmunk's location, I believe it is a red tailed chipmunk

It looks like a Stickleback (Gasterosteidae), however I can not identify it to the species level without seeing it's spines on the back...
