I have no idea of it's ID, but this moth has been spotted also twice (unidentified) at the other side of the Indian Ocean (I'm in Réunion) and we also are searching for it's ID :)
So I believe, its range is somewhere between Africa, and Philippines, at least :)

Seems to be; Anomis flava

I see some differences to that mentioned Glyphodes, but don t know that species personally :)
I'd placed it somewhere among Bocchoris genus :)
