I was pretty sure it was a crab spider. I just haven't had any luck finding information that helps identify it.
That should go in Amphibians instead of Arthropods.
They look very similar to Dobson flies, which are pretty common here. Dobson flies aren't that colorful though.
it's funny how different they look just because they lack their telltale markings.
This one is most likely a female. Males have even bigger mandibles.
