Thanks for nice comments. Yes it is a great predator but not that dangerous for divers. It will never sting unless it feels threatened. Treat the wounded place with hot water, not cold.
Yes they come out pretty colourful. The small fisk is a triplefin, not a goby, but very similar.
The divemasters just told me that the shrimps is still doing the same job 5 years after this picture.

The cleanershrimps do that on special cleaning stations and if they get used to divers it is the same for the shrimps if it is a human or a fish mouth. They were not forced to do this, it comes natural.
