Thanks for the suggestion AshelyT. I just submitted two more pictures that are a little closer up. The more I look at the 3rd picture though I wonder if it's a different bird. Maybe I'm seeing a song sparrow and a fox sparrow? With the first two, the bird has the gray you'd expect on a Fox Sparrow but the third picture doesn't but it does have the eye stripe. Thoughts?

Hard to tell for sure without seeing leaf arrangement on the branch and/or the whole tree, but my guess is red maple.

I don't want to make an ID suggestion because I can't tell for sure, but try looking up wafer ash.

These are delicious fruits! If you haven't tried them already, you'll only want to eat the ones that have fallen from the tree on their own or those that fall when the tree is shaken. The unripe fruit is an astringent and will pucker you up til next week! Delicious when they're ripe. Enjoy!

Nice find! I always have such a hard time getting a good picture and these turned out well.

Trying researching "persimmon" and see if you think it's the same kind of tree. The bark is pretty distinctive in persimmons which is what caught my eye here, but I can't tell for sure.

Definitely a pine but hard to tell what kind without seeing the needles.
