when we went for survey inside the park, at Kanha Valley a group of Bison just passed in front of us, when we travelled 2 km more we saw a male and female barking deer and it was a unusual sighting as they are very shy animals. After some distance we saw one elephant that was busy eating grass. When we were about to cross the valley we saw a tiger coming from the opposite side, he was very big in size and his belly was looking fat, which meant that he had hunted and eaten his prey just few hours before. Half of his body was covered with mud and he was walking straight towards us. We kept moving backwards till he disappeared into dense forest on the side of the road. During these five minutes there was not a single noise in the jungle except that of shutter of my camera. It was an experience, which I will remember for my whole life.
