Macrolepiota or Chlorophyllum, hard to tell from the photo without seeing the gills.

Not turkey tail and spore color eliminates most Fomes or Fomitopsis because of spore color. Perhaps phellinus

They both stain blue ... http://www.mushroomexpert.com/boletus_bi... Mushrooms Demystified p 521 (David Arora) says that sensibilis can be distinguished as having a yellow stem, whereas these definitely have red. Note that the stem doesn't stain nearly as darkly or as quickly as the pores.
