They both stain blue ... http://www.mushroomexpert.com/boletus_bi... Mushrooms Demystified p 521 (David Arora) says that sensibilis can be distinguished as having a yellow stem, whereas these definitely have red. Note that the stem doesn't stain nearly as darkly or as quickly as the pores.

I think this is Boletus sensibilis, because of the fact that it turns dark blue if you bruise it.
