This is the Dragonhunter, Hagenius brevistylus. No other dragonfly has such a broad, flat nymph.
That and Blue-ringed is brighter blue on the eyes and thorax rather than purple, and also differences in the pattern of black on the thorax and abdomen.
Looks like Archilestes grandis, Great Spreadwing.
This is Argia fumipennis, the Variable Dancer. This is the only Argia in the US with dark wings.
