I don't know the species, but I agree that it's a violet of some kind.

The tiny green plants around the lichen look like Politrichum moss (sometimes called haircap moss).

The whitish thing in the centre is a lichen, probably of the genus Cladonia. Lichen are not technically a plant since they are composed of algae and fungi living in a symbiotic relationship.

The photo's a little blurry, but based on those little umbrella structures and the shape of the leaves, I would say it's a liverwort (possibly a species of Marchantia). They like to grow in shady, moist areas, often in crevices or on the bottom of uprooted trees.

(wasn't sure which category it best fit in... lichens are composite organisms made up of fungi and algae in a symbiotic relationship)
