Urban survival

Urban survival

With urbanisation and economic development comes the loss of natural habitat for many species. Which species are well adapted to survive in urban environments? What adaptations do they have? How about species that are not coping with the threat of humans imposing on their habitat? If we do not know which species are present in a specific area, we cannot help them to survive. The aim of our mission is to document species, plants, animals, insects and birds that you find to be a) well adapted to live in urban environments and b) vulnerable or threatened due to urbanisation
