Pink furry-looking mushroom growing out of a log in a eucalypt forest in the Parklands Conservation Reserve. The cap was about 2.5cm across. Thanks to Argybee for the ID!
Argybee, I know even less about fungi than I do about growing vegies. Stand by while I go and look up what a stipe is... ah-ha! Yes, I think that's part of the stipe. This is the only shot I have though, don't have a shot from underneath. (I'll know for next time!)
