Crested or Dupont's Lark?

Description:

This bird looks like it might have a slight crest but it could just be moulting. The bill appears longer than a Spanish Crested Lark but shorter than a Dupont's Lark, both of which are said to live here. Could it be a juvenile Dupont's Lark? This was not a good day for photography, I had to use ISO 1600 and noise reduction which gives a washed-out appearance and loses detail.

Habitat:

Semi-desert steppe country.

Notes:

Crested Lark = Galerida cristata Dupont's Lark = Chersphilus duponti
