Taraxacum officianle
Very common flower native to Eurasia, but has spread to many areas of the world. Can colonise most kinds of soil, and are not picky about temperature either, and has earned a reputation as a weed amongst gardeners. Seed dispersal is effective, with seeds attached to fluffy tufts (called dandelion clocks). Disperse with the wind... or humans! When I was a kid, we would make a wish before blowing the tufts off a dandelion.
Grows pretty much where ever there is soil.
Found by the side of the road.
