Lampides boeticus
Looks extremely worn, like a female Common Blue but appears to have 2 small tails. Pic 3 shows the plant and an out of focus underwing view.

I guess the tails are pretty worn out too. I think the strong white submarginal band differentiates it from another possible candidate - Lang's Short Tailed Blue, Leptotes pirithous. Check here to compare: http://www.eurobutterflies.com/species_p...
