Cylindrophis maculatus
Cylindrophis maculatus has two series of large reddish brown spots along the back, which are enclosed by a black network. The belly is white, variegated with black.

As for my knowledge it is non-venomous.
An amazing looking snake. Wiki doesn't say whether venomous or not. Do you know?
