A young Cardinal maybe? the song of this bird tho wasn't like other Cardinals I have heard
It was.......just a little breezy today but not bad. I looked up to notice this one at the last min. as it quickly flew away.
The coloring of the summer tanager varies greatly depending on the time of year. Looks like some wind is tussling the feathers on its head a bit.
