A tiny moth of 4 mm in length, tan colored with 3 dark brown stripes on the forewings. The tops of the head and thorax are covered in thick white scales. It only uses the front two pairs of legs to stand when at rest. The back legs are crossed and held up under the body. You can only see part of a "knee" and some tarsal segments.
