Description:

Tiny, brown bird that is mottled to look very similar to tree bark. Their bellies are white, tail long, and bill is fairly long and curved. Cute little guys!

Habitat:

On cottonwood trees near an open field on a private ranch.

Nice spotting AshleyT. These little birds are difficult to capture on film. I spotted one at my favorite park in Maryland a while back and wonder if I will ever see one again.
