Convergent Lady Beetle

Hoppodamia convergens

Description:

About 5mm in length. Head and pronotum black. Pronotum with a thin white line along the anterior and lateral margins, and a small white dash on each side, angled towards the center. Elytra orange woth six small black spots on each side and a single medial black spot at the base.

Habitat:

Deciduous hardwood forest.

Notes:

A typical 13 spotted specimen.
