Thanks Kim! You are right, it is a Great Spangled Fritillary. I've updated the info.
I just realized why this seemed amazing, yet odd to me, this is a fritillary, either Gulf or Great Spangled.
Nice spot! Is this really what the underside of a crescent looks like?!? I have only seen the upperside spread with these!
