Hi Tom, my last comment on your plain ole full moon. I don't know if it will happen in Project Noah, but in bygone days when I was occasionally involved with groups of people, if one did something that others liked or admired, they would sometimes try to emulate it. So don't be surprised if we see a pandemic of moons and stars being included as backgrounds in spottings. Who knows? If PN head office likes it, it might become mandatory. :-) John B.

Hi Mark,
Tom didn't mention the eclipse. That was only me saying that it looked like the "blood moon" , but I wasn't sure of the date for the event. I didn't mean to get us all in a muddle, I was just admiring the picture. Sorry Tom and Mark.

Yes spotting date is not close for the full eclipse unfortunately... unless your camera date is wrong Tom?

Hi Tom,
even accidentally included, the moon makes the picture just great. I know there was a blood moon a day or two ago, but I can't remember which day. Your "moonshot" looks like it might be the blood moon, which makes the picture even more interesting. Best, John B.

I didn't notice the moon until I was working on this post.

Nice crab, Tom, but I also like the full moon. I have tried many times to include the moon or a setting sun in my pictures, but it never works out. I can never get the camera settings right and usually screw up the spotting as well. John B.
